User’s Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms of Use

We welcome you to logy.dog (the “Site”) and the mobile app “Logy” (the “Application”). Together, the Site and all services provided through both are referred to as the “Service”. The Service is designed for child safety and parental control by Appkone Oy (hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “We,” or “Us”). This agreement applies to all potential visitors, users, and anyone who utilizes the Services (hereinafter referred to as “Users” or “You”). This agreement outlines the terms under which Users may access and use the Service (the “Terms of Use” or “Terms”).

If you access the Services on external platforms, including but not limited to the Apple App Store and Google Play™, you must also accept and adhere to all applicable rules of those platforms related to the Services.

If you or your parent/legal guardian do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, please exit the site immediately and do not use the Service. Your agreement to comply with these Terms of Use becomes effective immediately upon your use of the services, including visiting https://logy.dog.

The Company offers the Services to the User, contingent upon your compliance with these Terms of Use and any other agreements between us and you.

These Terms of Use, as amended from time to time and published at https://logy.dog/en/terms-of-use/, along with the Privacy Policy (available at logy.dog/en/privacy-policy/) and Payment Terms (available at logy.dog/en/payments/), constitute a legal agreement between you and the Company.

You may not use the Services for commercial purposes or in any manner that is unlawful or harmful to the Company or any other individual or entity.
These Terms of Use constitute a public offer, which is an invitation to enter into a subscription license agreement granting access to and use of the Services.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not click “Agree” and refrain from using our Services. By clicking “Agree,” you confirm that you fully understand, acknowledge, and accept all terms outlined in these Terms of Use.
Any disputes arising from claims of unawareness regarding the existence of these terms after acceptance cannot be accepted or reviewed in any way.

Service use

Our service is designed to give parents peace of mind regarding their children’s safety.

The User may use the service in compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, as well as all applicable local and international laws, rules, and regulations.

Kids, if you have not reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or legal guardian read and accept these Terms of Use on your behalf, taking full responsibility for compliance. By accessing the Services, downloading an application, or continuing to use the Services, you acknowledge that: (1) you are at least 18 years old or of any other legal age required to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction; (2) you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this agreement; and (3) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms for yourself and any minor child authorized by you.

A parent is an individual who is at least 18 years old or of any higher minimum age of majority.

A child is an individual who is under 18 years old or below any higher minimum age of majority.

User Information and Privacy Policy

The Company’s collection, use, and disclosure of information collected from you or a child authorized by you is outlined in the Privacy Policy (available at https://logy.dog/en/privacy-policy/), which is incorporated by reference and forms part of these Terms of Use.

Service Features

The Service includes two interconnected components: the website https://logy.com, which is accessible from parents’ mobile devices, and “Logy,” installed on the child’s mobile device. To activate access to the Service for the “Logy” app, it is necessary to enter an access code that is sent to the parent’s device using the Service.
In some countries, parents also have access to a Telegram Bot that complements the functionality of the website https://logy.com

The “Logy” app, upon receiving a command from a parent, determines the location of the child’s mobile device through mobile phone tracking using the built-in GPS, internet system (Wi-Fi), and mobile internet. The service tracks the child’s movements and provides parents access to the location of the child’s mobile device using the “Logy” app. Therefore, the child’s phone must be added to the parent’s account. A parent can add up to 5 child devices. Additionally, the service includes the following list of features:

- Sending location information of the child’s phone, where the “Logy” app is installed

- Retransmitting sounds near the child’s phone to the parent’s phone

- Sending a loud sound signal to the child’s device, where the “Logy” app is installed

- Sending the parent information about the apps installed on the child’s phone

- Other functions according to the acquired license

Parents should be aware that the effectiveness of the service depends on many factors, such as mobile network coverage, connection stability, and so on. For example, if the child’s phone is in a building or area with poor network coverage, the map may not display correctly, and the location of the child’s phone may not match the actual position on the map.

User Account

You acknowledge that if the Company provides the ability to create a user account, you will not have ownership or any property interest in any account or user profile. All rights to any accounts or user profiles are and will always be owned by the Company. The Company does not permit the transfer of any accounts or user profiles. Therefore, you may not transfer, sell, barter, license, or otherwise divest your rights and obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from the Company. Any attempt to do so will be deemed invalid.

Accounts created by you through the Service provide access to the services and functionalities that the Company may establish and modify at its discretion. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and must keep your password secure. We recommend using “strong” passwords (combinations of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols). You must immediately notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized access to your account. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Users can manage their profiles and interaction settings with the Service through the available account options.

Grant of the Right to Use the Service

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to (1) access and use the Service, (2) view the Content available within the Service, and (3) use the software and mobile applications by downloading and installing one compiled copy on a User device.

Restricted Use

Any use of the Services that violates these Terms or any other documents that form part of them, as well as applicable laws, is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your limited license and liability for violations.

Users are prohibited from: copying, publishing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any media, including but not limited to automated or non-automated “duplication”; using any automated systems, including but not limited to “robots” and similar technologies, to access the Service in a manner that allows multiple requests to be sent to the Company’s servers simultaneously, while an individual user can send only one request at a time via a standard web browser; sending spam, threats, or any other unacceptable content; undermining attempts or compromising the integrity and security of the system, as well as decrypting data transmitted to or from the server; taking actions that the Company may consider leading to disproportionate or significant strain on infrastructure; uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other harmful programs through the Service; collecting any personal data, including profile names stored in the Service; using the Service for non-commercial purposes; impersonating another person or otherwise falsifying affiliation with a particular individual or legal entity, committing fraud, or concealing one’s true identity; interfering with the proper functioning of the Service; accessing any content within the Service using any technologies or methods other than those allowed by the Service; or bypassing measures designed to prevent or limit access to the Service, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of content.

Users are also prohibited from modifying, decompiling, or reconstructing the software; sublicensing and sharing or otherwise providing access to the software to third parties; making copies of the software; removing, disabling, damaging, or otherwise affecting the functionality of the software; or removing copyright notices and other proprietary rights related to the software.

We respect the rights of others and encourage you to do the same. You should not use the Service or allow others to do so if such actions violate anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights. If you receive information about third parties without their consent, for example, during live listening, please delete it immediately and do not process it (store, send, etc.), except in cases aimed at preventing crimes. Since we do not have access to information about third parties received without their consent, all responsibility for its use and processing lies solely with you.

In the event of a violation of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to terminate the license at any time at its sole discretion.

Mobile Application

To use the applications, you must have a compatible mobile device. The Company does not guarantee that the applications will be compatible with your device.

You acknowledge and agree that the Company has the right to update the applications and unilaterally change their functionalities (for example, adding or removing features such as sound recording or live listening). Such changes will not be considered a violation of the license agreement, and you will not be entitled to any compensation related to these changes, termination of the contract, changes in its price, or other terms of the previously concluded license agreement.

By using the Service, you agree to such updates and understand that these Terms will apply to all updates from the time they are installed on your device. Any third-party software included in the mobile applications is distributed under a public license or third-party user agreement, unless otherwise specified in the terms of use of that software product. The Company reserves all rights not granted in accordance with these Terms.

Account Closure

To close your Account, send a request to [email protected] When sending an email, please include your name and registered email address. Your Account will be closed within 5 business days after confirmation of your request.

Limited Liability

The Service is provided by the Company "AS IS". The Company does not guarantee the compliance of the Service with the aims and expectations of the Users, its uninterrupted and error-free working process, accuracy of determining of the geographical coordinates. The Company is not responsible and does not compensate any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the User of the Service or to third parties as a result of use or inability to use the Service.
